For direct business immigration to the US, the immigration visa that you would apply for is the EB-5 immigration visa.
An alternate indirect option that is also used is by applying for one of the non-immigrant business visas such as the E-1, E-2, and L-1 visas, then after your business has been operating for over a year you could apply for a change to immigrant status.
